April 2004 -- Delivered on-board hydrogen fuel storage systems and on-board CNG fuel storage systems to Toyota Motor Corporation. The hydrogen storage cylinders have been certified to 350bar (5000psi) and the CNG storage cylinders have been certified to 200bar (3000psi), both with approval by KHK in Japan. The hydrogen storage systems have been integrated into Toyota’s FCHV. April 2004 -- Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has approved a proposal submitted by the company for the development of a 700-bar (about 10,000 pounds-per-square-inch) hydrogen solenoid valve. According to Dynetek, the contribution agreement commits the government, subject to certain contractual obligations of the company, to fund up to a maximum of $1.5 million over the next 12 months for 700-bar valve development. March 2004 -- Delivered an on-board hydrogen fuel storage system to MAZDA for use in its RX-8 Hydrogen RE, running test vehicle. Dynetek is providing the fuel storage solution using its certified 350bar (5000psi) hydrogen fuel storage system. March 2004 -- Hyundai has entered into a contract with Calgary, Alberta-based Dynetek Industries, Ltd. for compressed hydrogen storage cylinders. Dynetek's 350bar storage technology will be used in Hyundai's fuel cell-powered Tucson compact sport utility vehicle for markets in Asia, North America and Europe. March 2004 -- Received orders to deliver complete CNG systems for garbage and refuse trucks to Carmenita Truck Centre, an Autocar dealership in Southern California. The complete CNG systems will be designed, manufactured and installed by enviroMECH Industries Inc. (EMI) using DyneCellTM cylinders. Feb 2004 -- To deliver four Composite Helium Trailers to Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems. The trailer was custom designed and built by Dynetek and has received US Department of Transportation (DOT) certification. Dynetek’s first certified helium trailer was delivered and successfully field tested in 2003 by Raytheon. January 2004-- Letter of Collaboration with Veecon – IPA Gastechnik Ltd. of New Delhi, India, to promote Dynetek’s Advanced Lightweight Storage Cylinders in and throughout India and Bangladesh. Jan 2004 -- Dynetek Europe GmbH has received additional compressed natural gas system orders of over 1,000 cylinders from major bus manufacturers in Europe. These systems, which will be delivered throughout the first six months of 2004, represent revenue of approximately $2.7 million (CDN). January 2004 -- Will deliver in the first quarter of

system. Dynetek continues to work with Vancouver - based Ballard Power
Systems who will provide their latest generation heavy-duty fuel cell
engines to EvoBus for integration into Mercedes-Benz Citaro buses. Dec 2003 -- Will deliver onboard complete hydrogen fuel storage systems for Ford Motor Company's 2004 Ford Focus FCV fuel cell vehicle. Dec 2003 -- Helps form the Hydrogen Village partnership -- a collaboration by industry, government and academia aiming to accelerate the commercialization of hydrogen and fuel cell technology -- in the greater Toronto area. Nov 2003 -- Forms alliance with Stuart Energy. Will supply hydrogen storage systems for Stuart Energy's Hydrogen Energy Station (HES) product line. Smart Energy has integrated Dynetek's advanced lightweight hydrogen storage cylinders in all of its installed HES systems used for fueling and power applications. Oct 2003 -- Delivered an onboard hydrogen fuel storage system to Mitsubishi Motor Corporation for use in the Mitsubishi FCV test vehicle. Sept 2003 -- Will deliver 60 onboard hydrogen fuel storage systems to DaimlerChrysler for use in the automaker's Mercedes Benz A Class fuel cell vehicles. Aug 2003 -- Demonstrates two hydrogen storage systems at the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto. One in Hydrogenics Corporation's HySTAT fuel cell stationary generator/hydrogen refueler and the other in Deere and Company's technology demonstrator FC-powered commercial work vehicle. May 2003 -- Announced a strategic alliance with enviroMECH Industries, Inc. (EMI) to develop and install "complete fuel storage solutions" for the compressed gas market in North America. The companies will "jointly market complete fuel storage solutions," with an initial focus on the North American transportation and power generation industries. 2002 -- Commissioned significant additional production capacity in Calgary. Achieved QS 9000 certification. 2001 -- Went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE: DNK). Signed multiyear purchase and supply agreement with Ford Motor Company.
